How long does it take to receive my hats once I have
ordered them?
A. Generally
we ship your hats within ten days of the day we receive
your payment. Large orders may take longer.
Q. Can
your hats be customized ?
A. Yes. We will customize
your hats to the design you like.

you have a high return customer rate ?
A. Most certainly.
Our return customer rate is extremely high.
Q. What
is your return policy ?
A. You may return your
hat as long as it is received in the same condition
as it was when it was sent. Please check our return
policy.

type of payments do you accept ?

are my transactions over the internet secured?
A. SSL which is a protocol
for securing communication between a web browser,
and web server. Whenever you access a web server using
https, the page you are sent is encrypted, and any
information you send to that server is also encrypted
thereby securing your internet transactions.

What is the difference between single sided or reversable
hats?
A.
Reversable hat is like having two hats in one. You
choose a fabric for each side. Single sided hats are
lighter weight with only one material used on the
crown of the hat. The bills of each hat is consistently
made with four layers of cotton.
